HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Specifications & Prototype Development
Obtain customer’s design requirements and assign proper machinery. Produce tooling, either Cams or CNC Programming, to produce the part. The tooling transfers to the operator to set up the machine for production.
Step 2
PRODUCTION
Combine tooling with purchased raw material to produce the part to meet customer design. After quality control approval, produce parts to meet customers’ delivery and specification requirements.
Step 3
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Approve the first piece using quality control tools to measure all dimensional and visual requirements. Statistical samples are tested daily. Compare any secondary operations such as Heat Treating and Plating to respective certifications.
Step 4
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Obtain parts approved by quality control and ship to requested locations. Assure all relevant shipping information meets customer’s purchase order requirements.
